SkyBus Airlines Files for Bankruptcy

In operation for less than a year, the airline was operating 80 daily flights to 15 cities around the States with 11 aircraft and had employed 450 people.
In a press release, Skybus CEO Michael Hodge stated:
“We deeply regret this decision, and the impact this will have on our employees and their families, our customers, our vendors and other partners, and the communities in which we have been operating.”
Regretable indeed.
Those holding Skybus reservations are advised to contact their credit card companies for refund information.
